I'm sorry to hear you have been failing to connect to games. I know you mentioned your NAT Type is Open but for this error code, please could you try forwarding ports mentioned in this article please.

You may also want to try disabling any other background applications that you have open that you don't need, to see if they are causing a conflict.

I see you've already reinstalled the game, but have you reinstalled Ubisoft Connect as well? If not, you can find steps to do that in this FAQ. Ubisoft Connect is in charge of synchronizing achievements, so it could be an issue with the program rather than the game.

I'm sorry to hear that you got disconnected from a game and lost the time and XP from that game and got a 5 minute penalty. There shouldn't be any other penalties for you, other than if you keep disconnecting and getting the abandonment sanction in a short period of time, then the time limit may increase from 5 minutes.

I don't often change buttons on controllers myself, but I did find it pretty awkward to do on a different game myself recently where I had to keep moving pretty much every button due to moving one thing that ended up sharing with another button, then that one shared with another button, and so on, so I think I understand where you're coming from with this.

I'm sorry to hear your games are crashing. Please can you both try the steps found in this article to try and help resolve it.

Also, please have the game installed on the consoles main HDD rather than an external one, just in case you do use an external drive too.

@moothat Welcome to the forums. I'm sorry to hear that the rewards from the Unite Front bundle have yet to appear in Rainbow Six Siege and Rainbow Six Extraction. It appears the rewards are taking a significant amount of time to show up for other players. At this time, I recommend waiting 24 hours for the items to appear. I sincerely apologize for the delay.
