Hello Fang.Zulu, if you have recently purchased Rainbow Six Siege from Steam, you will not need an activation key for Uplay PC - the game will be automatically tied to your account when you first open the game.

If you are being asked for a key, it may be that you are signed into the incorrect Ubisoft Account, i.e. one where your license for Rainbow Six Siege is not tied. Please check this for me.

We are aware that, if a match is found at the point of a player cancelling queuing, this can mean that matches start with fewer players. There is also the potential for the player who cancelled queuing to receive an abandonment sanction, as they have effectively "left" the match they were entering. It sounds as if this may be what has happened to you in this scenario.

While we are unable to prevent, remove, appeal or shorten abandonment penalties, we are happy to forward any concerns you may have regarding these to the Rainbow Six Siege team for their consideration. We do also have a dedicated Feedback section here on the forums that I would encourage you to post your ideas in.

Again, Veteran-., can you tell me which specific charms you are missing that you believe you are entitled to, and from which specific event(s)?

I can look into this for you, but only if I know which charms to look for As I mentioned in my previous post, I do see that you have earned a fair few in the past, and I want to determine whether I can see the charms in question as earned or unearned.

Have you ever had your Twitch Account linked to another Ubisoft Account in the past?

I am unable to find any Ubisoft Drops or Twitch Prime rewards on the account you are posting from here on the forums, so we may need to investigate this further if you have proof of redeeming the rewards on-time.

I'd recommend opening a support case with us and submitting fullscreen, unedited screenshots of the Twitch Prime rewards screen with your username clearly visible and the rewards shown as redeemed, for us to investigate further with you.

Would you mind specifying the exact error text you encounter, please? Are you installing the Test Server from Uplay PC, or another client such as Steam / Epic Games?

Are you running the installer / Uplay PC with administrator privileges, to ensure that it has permission to write files to your system?

Looking at your account, I can see that a Twitch Account is linked already, and that several Twitch Drops have been earned on your account. Is there a specific charm or reward that you believe you are entitled to, but you have not received? Can you tell me which exact ones if so please?

Hi M_I_N_C_H. I'm sorry to hear that this happened! Just to confirm, are you meaning to say that you received an abandonment penalty even though you were not in a ranked match? If that's the case, did you leave the queue for ranked prior to receiving this penalty?

pleblord256, if you have your own copy of Rainbow Six Siege and you purchase the Year 5 pass, you should have no problem accessing that content. As for the operators, did you get those through game-sharing with your brother?
