f you are encountering the "Failed to load player profile" error, please try deleting the local and PSN cloud save data for Rainbow Six Siege. Please note that if you delete your Save Data for Rainbow Six: Siege, your progress and unlocks will remain. However, you will lose all preset loadout configurations and Situation progress.

Could you confirm was that the Year 5 pass you purchased? As for the Year 1 operators, where did you original purchase these from? (Deluxe edition, pass, R6 credits, renown and let us know if was shared from another account)

Thanks for confirming that information, you are correct that International Store is recommended for Lithuania. I have checked and there is no restriction for Lithuania and no known issues regarding this.

Please follow the steps in this article. Also make sure you not running any VPN type software.

If the issue persists after that, could you send us a screenshot of the error?
