Hey there SudsyWhistle961, please be advised that we are not able to discuss nor investigate account sanctions in-depth via these forums. However, I can confirm that for any temporary sanctions, such as abandonment penalties, these will need to expire before you are able to play the game again.

I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced these issues in-game in Rainbow Six Siege. As the game is crashing in-game, and/or freezing as a static image, I'd like to ask that you first complete our basic PC troubleshooting steps. These will ensure that no common / basic issues are impacting your ability to play the game.

Do you experience any issues in other titles? Does your PC have a history of crashes, even if the hardware is sound?

A PC user who lacks proper permissions on their PC can certainly have problems with all sorts of things from installing games to launching games. Please make sure if you are having troubles that you are launching Uplay and Rainbow Six Siege as administrator.

It's difficult to troubleshoot issues like this, but I'll do my best to help! What sort of FPS drop are you seeing? Consider setting up the FPS limiter in the .ini files. Our game will try to use available resources, and when something else starts taking resources you may see a drop if you're playing with no limiter.

Just to confirm, where have you been tracking the progress for that? Sometimes it will count Scenarios for certain counts on the stats page, but these are not tracked for Achievement completion.

The "Successfully complete 20 Terrorist Hunt missions." is a Ubisoft Club challenge called "Operator". You should be able to see it unlocked in the Club website if completed.

Hey,

I've added the TTS to your account
