Thanks for reaching out, agent! I understand you have concerns about the drop rates of exotics, and your current world level.

You can find a breakdown of world levels and which gearscores are impacted on the following page.

Regarding the exotic weapon drops - are you still receiving lower rarity weapon drops, or no drops at all?

I'm sorry to hear that you never received your compensation cache.

Please note that the compensation was based on number of item upgrades lost, not the Expertise levels directly.

Basically, all upgrades beyond the newly calculated Expertise level were lost. And that is what was compensated.

The team has checked the issue and we can assure you that our system has calculated all amounts correctly.

At the moment, we haven't had any further reports of this and there is zero guarantee that the team will encounter the same issue in-game, so videos are very beneficial in assisting the team with their investigation.

Are you able to capture a video of the details noted in your response noting the mission missing?

We'll then be able to pass this to the team to look into.
