Our investigation into this issue is still ongoing.
An EAC fix has been released which as resolved this for many players, but we haven't closed the investigation just yet until we can ensure it's been resolved.

Currently, there are no reported issues with the online services. Can you run through the troubleshooting steps listed here and let me know if you continue running into issues afterwards? Please note that you will need to test a wired connection, or have direct access to your router in order to fully complete these steps.

Hey there everyone, just wanted to note that I marked @the_Kettle's post as the "Best Answer" so that people can see a functioning workaround for the issue.
We're still waiting to hear back from the team about a possible fix for the issue with the door shifting between stuck open and stuck closed. I'll update our investigation with the additional reports we have received over the last couple weeks!

I'm sorry to see you're running into a crash. We actually currently have issues with crashing when travelling between the regions under investigation. I can see the case you had open to send us the video, but the video attachment may have failed. Would it be possible for you to upload it to YouTube and reply to this thread with a link to it instead?

If you are still experiencing a crash when you try to check that area of the map, please try resetting the Manhunt and completing the briefing mission. Afterwards, check if you can look at that portion of the map. Let ms know how this goes!

Hey there @hat--, unfortunately as @V1rtualzZ there is no way for us to shift clan leadership around, even with the support and management tools. The system should give preference to active players when the automatic shift happens however so that should make it easy to contact the new leader after the 90 day transfer happens.
