Thank you for the screenshot @RipLine, that is exactly the kind of info I need in order to add to our investigation.

For everyone else, please keep in mind that this is an issue we are aware of. When one of the support team members requests a screenshot or more specific description we are doing so in order to have good information that will help our development and bug fixing teams replicate an issue and figure out how to fix it.

I appreciate everyone's patience while we continue to work on this particular crashing issue.

Unfortunately, the only fix for audio crackling is setting your output format to 48000hz. There is no other method to fix crackling audio.

There is another workaround you can try for crashing that occurs when you move between NYC and DC. If you turn off any global directives that you have, you should be able to fast travel afterwards.

For the crash you are seeing when you move your map near the Countdown area, that is an issue we have under investigation at the moment. I will get your report of the issue added to our investigation.

The first issue you've mentioned is something we have under investigation at the moment. There is a workaround you can try which is to join a co-op session with someone who has access to DZ South, enter the area with them, then leave that co-op session and see if you can open the gateway to DZ South afterwards.

Hey there @AlpineBrisket, I understand what you're asking and I can reach out to the team to see if the final manhunt mission for the current season is meant to have a leaderboard or not. It is possible that it has been purposefully omitted but once I hear back I will update this thread to let you know!

Hey everybody!

I'm making this post so I can mark it as an answer and have it show up all fancy for people who enter the thread experiencing this problem recently.

There is a known workaround to bypass crashes when moving between the two regions in-game.

The workaround is to disable any ongoing directives, which are your global difficulty modifiers. Make sure these directives set properly by disabling them, logging out and closing the game, then re-open it and double check to make sure they stayed disabled. After this, try to move between NY and DC (Or DC to NY if you were stuck in DC, as some people have reported in other threads.)

Hey there @Infl1encer, and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Just to make sure I have the right idea of what's happening here, can you grab a screenshot showing that that item is in your inventory after claiming it?

Also, if you have actually completed the event up to the point that you would typically be able to claim that item normally, were you able to claim it a second time?
