Thanks for the image showing the issue! To get a better idea of what's going on, can you confirm if this was the only tutorial pop up that runs off screen or were there others? And have you encountered this with any DLC other than Land of Lions?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Just for comparison's sake could you go to the old world and open the equivalent build menu there, then take a screenshot? I'm going to go ahead and get this reported up, but that second screenshot will be helpful to show our QA team what to look for.

Hey there everyone.

If you have not already done so, please ensure that your Windows installation is on the latest version, as this fixes this issue for almost everyone experiencing it. For Windows 10, this version should be labeled 19042.2486

If you have this version installed already and you are still not able to launch the game normally please let me know.

Just wanted to mark @Hier0nimus' post as the "Correct Answer" so that people who come to the forums seeking assistance with this are more likely to see the advice there.

The inability to manually remove mail from the airship inventory is a designed balancing feature for the mail system. There is no way to delete it in the way that you want. This is not a bug or a design flaw, it is an intended part of how the mail system works.

Hello @halibm2018 and a belated Happy New Year to you too! My apologies for the delay on that.

That is definitely a bit odd. Try clearing your Ubisoft Connect cache and if that doesn't work, could I have you grab me a couple of screenshots or a video if possible showcasing the item disappearing when you reload the save? Also just to confirm, does this only happen with your Trade Union and in that fourth slot? Nothing disappears from any other slots?

I’m sorry you’re running into all of these crashes and weren’t able to get it resolved with the troubleshooting you tried on your own. In this case, I’d recommend that you make sure your Ubisoft Connect launcher and game are installed on the same drive, then try running through any steps you didn’t complete on your own from our basic troubles...
