Thanks for your continued reports of this issue! I've gone ahead and moved the thread back to our Player Support section, and I've updated my previous internal report with all the further information and data you've all provided. I can't pretend to fully comprehend the issue myself - I haven't played Anno to this sort of level - but I'm very sure our teams working on this game specifically are following the discussion just fine. Sorry to hear you're getting this error! I'd advise trying the following workaround for this error.

The workaround will overwrite the current cloud save.

1. Open Ubisoft Connect as administrator, click the menu icon at the top left and go to settings.
2. Untick "Enable cloud save synchronisation for supported games"
3. Make backup of savegames - default location C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames

Very sorry to hear you've had trouble accessing the DLC! It looks like there may have been a delay with the content activating to the account, are you still running into issues accessing the New World Rising DLC or has the issue resolved at this time?

If you're still unable to make a purchase, make sure your Ubisoft account information is 100% filled in and accurate. Hey @Hepbmstl!

Sorry you've run into trouble adjusting the resolution! If you verify the game files, do you still run into this issue? I've also seen some players run into a similar issue that were able to Alt+Tab out and back into the game and this may help with getting to the settings/option menu to adjust resolution from there.

If the issue persists, please try completely reinstalling the game and let us know of any changes to the issue!
