Hey Trayhome, thank you for the report, you already answered several of my questions, so I'm just going to add:

  • Are you (and your friend) using the Steam, Epic or Ubisoft Connect version of the game?
  • Does your friend have hardware that's comparable to yours?
  • Did you notice the issue appearing when building something specific, i.e. lots of ornaments, a huge fleet, certain building types etc.?

We would also like ask you to provide an affected savegame so we can have a look for possible causes related to point 3.

For testing purposes, would you be able to try launching another Co-op Campaign to see if the issue is consistent there?

This will help us narrow down if this is related to the Co-op mode or if this particular Save File is impacted.

As you own the game and DLC via Epic, there shouldn't be any issues accessing the content.

Are you launching the game via the Epic launcher?

And may we please see some screenshots of your available cosmetic options in-game to confirm the DLC content isn't accessible?

Hello @silverangelduo!

The bonus *should* apply to both your Farmer and Worker Population. How close in proximity is your marketplace to the worker houses as opposed to the farmer houses?

Just checking on this since there is a proximity range for the marketplace of around 23 tiles for dirt roads and 49 for any paved streets you have and this could cause it to not apply to your Workers.

Hello @jadewarrior!

I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble taking photos for quests.

If you have the target properly in the center, black arrows should appear, and then you should be able to take your picture. If that's not working at all for you, can you tell me a bit more about what happens when you try to take the photo? A picture or short video clip would also be helpful to help me take a closer look into this.

As it stands, I can confirm that this issue has been addressed with Patch 14.2, however do mind that saves that already have the issue cannot be fixed, therefore you will have to restart the scenario.

We've had no update on this since what @Ubi-TheBerry already stated above, therefore so that we could forward the details over to our team, for reproduction purposes, is there any possibility you could also share your save file with us (where issue is present)? By default, it should be located in %userprofile%\Documents\Anno 1800\accounts. Once found, if you can upload it to any file sharing website and then share the link with us in this thread.
