The ban history section of the website is somewhat new, so some of that functionality may still be in the works, sorry about the confusion.

The best place to check for any account actions will be your account email, as you'll still receive a general notification there if an action is taken.

I'm afraid we aren't able to go into more detail than the email provides, but submitting an appeal will have our Terms of Service team review the account and circumstances of the ban again. @phaazyq I would not be possible to refund an in-game decision. If you pulled the heirloom out of a pack or purchased it with shards you would keep the item you got/selected.

While it's not the only method we use to address this kind of behavior, we have recently expanded the reporting options in-game as well.

 

If you get a chance please be sure to report them as that'll help on an individual basis as well as letting us further refine other systems in place.

 

This particular option would fall under the Gameplay Disruption > Inactive During Match section if you've not already been using it, thanks for the concern about this!
