Hi @Hydro_Cheezy

 

I'm sorry, but there is no cross-platform progression for Apex Legends. If you start playing on PC it would be with a fresh account. We don't have a way of moving your progress over from a console account, unfortunately.

Sorry to have not had this info previously, the season 7 BP is not included as part of an EA Play Pro membership, we have the following messaging. 

I’m an EA Play Pro member, why don’t I get the S7 Battle Pass anymore?

Unfortunately I wasn't able to get a solid confirmation. You may need to log into Origin once at the start of the season to get the BP attached to the account. 

Sorry for not having a rock solid answer on this, I'll let you know when/if I do have more.

@TJS-ImperialHaha I would recommend keeping an eye on your email from a TOS Agent, once they are able to complete an investigation of your case they will respond via email with the information. - Illium

*Me Too button - 'Me Too' helps us track how many players are also experiencing that issue. Definitely make use of this button.

We don't have any news on a potential gen 5-specific, but you will of course be able to keep playing via backwards compatibility on your new system..

We are not able to return the item or exchange it for another one.

Are both the Xbox and PC accounts connected with the same EA Account? If so, that would be why it won't let you add them for cross-play. It's not possible to invite an account that's connected with the same EA Account.

Hey, I've seen a few of these recently, there seems to be some sort of delay on the notification, and the pack will have been delivered & opened previously. 


@Cro_Pittt Taking a look I can see a BP reward pack granted about 40 minutes before your posts, so it looks like a duplicate/delayed notification. 

Thank you for the video though, it's good solid proof that this is happening to some folks.
