I'm sorry, but there is no cross-platform progression for Apex Legends. If you start playing on PC it would be with a fresh account. We don't have a way of moving your progress over from a console account, unfortunately.

Are both the Xbox and PC accounts connected with the same EA Account? If so, that would be why it won't let you add them for cross-play. It's not possible to invite an account that's connected with the same EA Account.

@Cro_Pittt Taking a look I can see a BP reward pack granted about 40 minutes before your posts, so it looks like a duplicate/delayed notification.
