We're seeing the Steam numbers picking up steadily again now. It might take a short while to get back up to the pre-drop population, but you should be able to get back in pretty soon. 

All platforms appear to be having issues with Apex, starting a few minutes ago, we're looking into it.

@megamarin32 From what I can see, your account is indeed currently banned, but I don't have any more information.

While I do see the more recent cases have been closed as duplicates, your first submission is still in the Terms of Service queue to be reviewed.

That hasn't been lost, the TOS team is just a bit behind due to a high volume currently. Sorry about the wait, but they will get back to you via email once they've had a chance to investigate that first case you had created.

I can certainly understand why you'd want to merge the accounts, especially if you had made a side account to play as that issue is still being looked into.

That said however, I'm afraid we are not currently able to merge the content from two different accounts together, regardless of which platform(s) the accounts are on.
