Thanks for popping up the attachments. I'm not sure why it's not displaying on your account status in Origin but the 3rd screenshot is notifying you that there's a ban placed on your account and why the ban was applied. If there's been cheating or rule breaking, the solution is a ban.

 

If you believe there's been some mistake with the application of that ban though, and no rules were broken, you would need to ...

@BlueTrue12345 Hey, it looks like someone moved the post to the right area. And sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but there isn't cross-progression for Apex, and Xbox, PC & Switch progression would indeed be completely separate.

Let's see if we can find out why you're lagging so much. We'll start with the basics. First, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Thanks, that does seem to be it. I'll double check this is working as intended - whether passives are affected seems to be a bit inconsistent between Legends- but this does appear to be as designed.

Thanks again and I'll update this thread if I hear of any changes on this front.

Sometimes people are just unreasonable, or as others have pointed out, they could be trying to upset you on purpose. If you blow up on them it could lead to your account being suspended or banned. The rules still apply. 

 

It's best to just not even engage with someone like this at all.

Investigations of bans are handled by a dedicated Terms of Service team, Once you reach out to dispute an action taken on your account it is possible it can take some time to hear back as this team does work on all disputes for Bans players have.

Unfortunately we don't have a way to roll this back, sorry.

On the making of a purchase when you were short premium currency, I look a look into that, it seems there was a mixup.

Checking the logs, while you had 950 coins yesterday morning, you'd earned 100 more from the BP at 10:18UTC, so you had 1050 coins when you looked at the store today.
