Much appreciated, I was able to see it that time. Looking at the DxDiag the main thing that stands out to me is your CPU. I'm afraid that the CPU in your PC is below the minimum requirements for Apex Legends. 

 

According to the official requirements for the game, the minimum Intel CPU that's supported would be an i3-6300 3.8 GHz. Your CPU is a Pentium G4400, which I'm afraid is not supported. I'm really sorry I had to be the bearer of bad news on this.

Hey @HugeIntellect

 

That mission actually has multiple steps you need to complete to get the Battle Pass level. Those diamonds on that mission represent how many steps you need to complete. When you complete one of them it will update to the next step and fill in one of the diamonds.

 

You're on the last step, so once you get those 4 knockdowns you should get the level.

Are you both playing on PC? If so, you are most likely on a beta version of the Origin client. There was a recent update that will temporarily prevent beta users from seeing non-beta users on their friends list in Origin. For more details check out this thread...

Hi there, @Only1ChasinDotz.

 

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Hmm, gotcha. Does it seem like it happens at any particular point in the game, or is it just totally random? Is there any way that you could snag a video of this happening so we can take a look?

It sounds like one of you two might be on a beta version of the Origin client. There was actually a change recently that will temporarily prevent someone on a beta client from being able to see users who are not also using a beta version. Do you have any other devices connected to your PS4 at the moment? If so, try disconnecting every other device besides the controller. Let me know if you're still seeing any weird control issues afterward.

Hey @IronHag333

 

Do you play with a controller, or are you on mouse + keyboard? If you're on a controller, I wonder if you're accidentally hitting the melee button while you're trying to aim. Have you tried changing the button assignment to something that's not on one of your analog sticks to see if that helps?

Looking at the DxDiag you attached it appears that your graphics drivers are pretty out of date. The driver listed is from back in 2015. Have you tried updating to a more recent driver to see if that helps at all?
