Sorry for the concern here. Event packs are automatically opened if you leave the screen during the opening animation, so while the animation didn't play out the items were still added to your collection.

 

If you're not seeing the new item notification, you may need to take a look at the event items manually to see which were received here.

Hey @BOBBIBenja,

 

This is an issue we're currently investigating, but you should be able to work around this temporarily by changing your console language to English.

 

We're still working to get this fixed up, but that should let you get back into the game in the meantime. Thanks!

You wouldn't get banned for having a negative balance, nope!

 

That would just mean any Apex Coins added to your account will go towards paying back that negative balance before they can be used for other purchases.

As mentioned in the blog here, stats don't transfer across platforms so you'll only see stats for your primary account. Since badges are tied to stats, those badges wouldn't transfer over either.

 

If you instead unlinked this platform account from your EA account, that progress would also be lost.

Try deleting the personal saved data for Apex Legends. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate Apex Legends and delete the saved data.
