These crashes should be corrected in the update this coming Tuesday, March 26th!

 

Thanks for the feedback @Jambo_tj500, while I'm not aware of additional changes or options at this time, I believe it was possible to manually skip the killcam each time to get back to the death recap/scoreboard faster instead. I understand it's not a full automatic toggle, but that may be worth trying out in the meantime.

While we can pass along that this happened, I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to shed any light on what took place months ago to have caused this.

 

Here on the forums we're somewhat limited in how far back we can see, so for something of this nature it's generally best to create a post as soon as possible so we can try to better clarify what may have happened.

Heirlooms for events like this are awarded for opening all the packs during the event. Afterwards, they would show up in the Mythic Shop to be unlocked with heirloom shards instead.

 

If you purchased the packs and had not opened them during the event, it would not qualify for this I'm afraid. It sounds like the event had already ended by the time you finished opening the packs, which would be the reason the heirloom was not granted.

If you played the game before, this means that you already had an EA account. It's not possible to play the game without it. 

Your progress appears to have been reset because you unlinked your platform profile from your account. Our support team would need to check your account to confirm if that's the case.
