I've edited the post just to remove the actioned username. If that resulted in the account being actioned, please don't repeat it here either.

 

Regarding the ban itself, I'm afraid there is not an alternate route to appeal an account action. The only method to do this would be through our Terms of Service team, which it sounds like you've already done.

 

If they've reviewed an action multiple times and declined to remove the penalty, that would be final and not something we can change here either, sorry.

I don't know why they would refer you here as unlinking an account and losing your progress is not a bug. To get your progress back, you'll need to relink the accounts. You'll need to continue working with an advisor to get some help with this.

Are you sure that you want to delete your EA account, and not just update the email address on it? In either case, you can reach out to our live support team, and they can take a look at how they can help you. Just note that if you don't have access to the email address they'll need to ask you for some account related information in order to verify you as the account owner, so try to keep that information on-hand.

You will have to choose the right product and then choose the issue based on the available topics and which one of them is closest to your issue. This will then give you the option to contact support or for you to be redirected to the relevant help article.

If you received a code for Switch, then you'll unfortunately need a Switch in order to redeem it. As for refunds, I'd recommend reaching out to Target to see if they can help you with one. We can only really help with purchases made directly through us.
