Are you noticing any missing skins or cosmetics on the account, or just the level change?
From a quick look it doesn't appear the account was wiped, so I suspect you may just have been closer to level 500 and are just working your way through the second set of 500 levels. Does your level 10 badge have a green background?

If your Steam account has been banned for some reason, you need to contact Steam support in order to dispute that sanction. We are not able to remove sanctions on Steam.
Just in case, please also download the game on the EA app and check if you can play it.
