Thank you for following Ubi-Aurons troubleshooting steps above for Ubisoft Connect logging you out due to inactivity.

Could you please try the following steps that have helped other players who encountered Ubisoft Connect log them out unexpectedly? Please try each step one by one and test using Connect afterwards >>

  • Disable any hibernation or sleep settings on your computer
  • Delete the following file >> C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Local\Ubisoft Game Launcher\user.dat

If you are encountering a crash in-game, then your game/computer may do one of the following things >>

- PC restarts itself
- Game or launcher closed itself down
-The game launcher asked you to send a crash report
- PC displayed a certain coloured screen
- The game froze so you couldn't control anything

If your issue is not listed above, it may be a disconnection you have encountered instead.

Did you receive any kind of warning messages such as >

Hello @bardolan thanks for getting in touch I have moved your post to its own thread as your error message is usually directly linked to BattEye

BattlEye is quite strict and will block certain programs from running in the background alongside the game, could you please try the following troubleshooting direct from BattEye to help try and resolve this error message > 

-Make sure that BEService.exe in your BE Service directory (usually “C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye”) is not blocked by your firewall in any way, by opening your Windows Firewall settings and double checking them for these .exe files.

-Ensure that there is no d3d9.dll, dxgi.dll or dsound.dll file in your game directory. If there is one please remove/rena...

If this happens to you again, please make sure to use the 'Report a Player' function in the game.

This will tell us the time and date of the game, the player's name, and location, which gives us all the information we need to locate these players and review the evidence which can lead to a permanent ban on that player's account.

Regrettably, if you purchased Siege from the Ubisoft Connect store, there is no way to transfer it to the Steam launcher afterwards.

if you wish to earn achievements, Ubisoft Connect also has its own achievements, core challenges and time-limited challenges, accessible via the Connect overlay and launcher.

Regarding the main issue of your concern, the mid-game freezing, this could be caused by hardware used, software used, connection to the server issues or BattlEye itself.

As no error code is given, but a disconnection occurred and the game mentioned the BattlEye program had kicked you specifically, can you please check this guide from BattlEye and scroll down the page to where it says 'I am getting kicked for the following violation..' to check if any of these error messages match the one ...

Thanks for letting me know @miko251 I am happy to hear that the issue of the Ubisoft achievements needing a moment to synchronize with our servers and seems to be resolved after a 10-minute wait and restart, good to hear.

As for the forum, players will need to log into the forum every day at the moment, this is intended as a security step, to help us curb the recent spam posters and bots who have been visiting the forum and posting spam.

You may be having trouble adding your phone because of the following reasons > 

- The number and regional prefix may be incorrect
- This phone is labelled as suspicious and you may see the message "This phone number does not respect Ubisoft security standards"
- This phone number is already associated with another Ubisoft account
- This phone number was previously removed from another account in the last 30 days
