Hey guys!

The Rainbow Six Siege team is currently investigating issues with RTX cards. We appreciate all the reports and tickets so far.

Please submit your MSINFO and dxdiag files with the following information:
- OS version
- Are you overclocking anything?
- What peripherals are you using? (Brand/Model of monitor)
- Any programs currently running in the background?

We will update this thread once we have any further information regarding the investigation. Thank you!

Hi Hyp3rJbizz1e! Please note that if you are referring to the 600 R6 Credits from the Year 4 pass, those credits were applied when you redeemed the Year 4 pass on your account. What platform do you play Siege on? Do you have the Year 4 Pass?

Hey H20RKGNO,

Have you tried any of the steps in this thread?

1. Make sure you are installing the game on the same drive as Uplay PC.
2. Have you verified the game's files?
3. Is Uplay running with admin rights?

Have you tried the fixes suggested by AtyresM. and kotton420m?
