I believe those cards work just like a regular credit card, right? So you should just be able to use it in the shop to buy credits.

Usually this has to do with watching the stream on a different Twitch account than the one linked to your Ubisoft account. I don't want to ask private information here on the forum, but you can reach out privately to our team on Twitter or Facebook with the account information for your Twitch account. They can let you know what Twitch account is linked to your Ubisoft account.

I'm sorry to hear that the TTS for Rainbow Six: Siege is not shown in your games library anymore.
I can confirm that the TTS will only be visible during active TTS phases. Therefore you should be able to see and access the TTS as soon as a new test phase starts.

Hi QueenKatsuki! Please note that the TTS is currently closed. You will be able to access the TTS once the server becomes available again. We recommend keeping an eye on the Siege Twitter and Facebook for information about when the TTS will be live once again.

Please make sure you have Steam Overlay enabled, this should resolve your issue.

If by chance the issue still remains, please create a support ticket and provide launcher_log.txt from the following location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\logs

Once provided, we will escalate your support case to the R6 team.
