Ah, no worries. Thanks for letting me know. If we've already acknowledged them and said we've passed on the information to the dev team, then it's in their hands and we can't promise a date (or patch number) for any specific fixes or changes on the forums until we have the patch notes from them just before one releases.

Hey there @SirHarryPierce! Sorry to see you're running into some trouble with your DLC being active.

Just to clarify things a bit, if you start a brand new game are you able to access any of the content from Season 4 DLCs? If you can't even on a new save, please take a screenshot showing any item or feature from the Season 4 pass that is missing for you.

Also, this is not something I would be able to collect from you in a public forum thread, but the next step for your open support case would be to send us a proof of purchase when you bought the Season 4 Pa...

Hey there @Kartoffelbrei71, can you confirm if you also do not have a folder under this location:

C:\Users\Username\Documents\Anno 1800

If the game is not able to create a folder there, it may be getting blocked by any antivirus or firewall software you have installed on your PC from doing so, or it could imply that there is some other system setting issue preventing the file from being created. @hundreAd1800 Your link to the save doesn't work but please can you submit a message through one of the options I mentioned above along with your dxdiag + engine.ini files, as that's what the dev team requested us to gather.

Please can you provide a bit more info on what happens? Is the game crashing or freezing?

If you could record a video clip, that may also help identify if you just need to do something first.

The first issue is something that has already been reported. For the other issues, please can you create a separate thread (for each individual issue) with more info and images or videos showing the issue so we can check if they are known or get them reported.
