I can see the Pack was added to your Ubisoft account a day later though - are you now able to access it?

Yeah...I think I'd have to agree with you there.
I've gotten both of these reported along with everything you provided. While not necessarily game-breaking, probably an annoying issue to work around so I'm sorry you even had to encounter it. That being said, I really appreciate you working with me on this. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need or find anything else.
As there are no ogres in the game, at least not to my knowledge, those *should not* be desserts @hundreAd1800.
I did get the report in for the initial issue. The one with the confused items and categories may be an entirely different one. (Sorry, someone must have missed their coffee that day.)
Would you mind grabbing me just a couple of screenshots of the mismatched categories? I know this is probably a bit annoying so I'm sorry about that.
