Hi there, just a quick update to this issue with the Generous Innkeeper bonus not yielding the correct awards -

The Anno team have investigated this issue and have implemented a fix, which should hopefully resolve this issue and give the correct bonuses to players, in the next title update.

Hey!

We are aware of an issue where Anno 1800 will crash with an unknown DirectX error when you try to start a new game session over and over again after playing the game for some time.

This issue is currently being investigated and should be fixed with an upcoming game update.

Thank you for getting back to us. As a temporary workaround are you able to disable your screensaver or set it to a longer time to start when playing ANNO?
