Are you still encountering this issue with the mission?

From what we've seen it's not related to mods, yes.

Our investigations would point at this only affecting already ongoing incidents but not new ones?
So, yes, we're currently investigating and will keep you updated on any planned Game Updates via the Anno Union.

Any chance you could upload the affected save file and send us the link? It would greatly help with our investigation

I've just tried both the game's as well as Ubisoft Connect's function and for me they each save a screenshot without issue.

How come you stumble over such weird issues?
Are the folders they're being saved to cloud-folders? Or like chris suggested, have you tried a different mode, like borderless?

Not something we have any influence on as the Anno team, but the game should only be 50% off, not 90% or more, the price shown at check-out is the correct one.
I assume it's a conversion or display error on the store website directly.

Contacting Ubisoft Support is the right way to go, they can forward the issue to the Store Team to get it fixed.

Any possible video footage showing the steps you may have taken to get Stowe stuck in the Cathedral.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble completing the "Rock of Fertility" mystery. To help us to take a closer look at this, would you be able to provide us with the following information:

• When starting the quest, did you try to complete it in one go, or did you leave the area and do other things prior to being unable to interact with the woman?
• Can you let us know what you have tried to get the mission to proceed yourselves (such as fast-travelling, pushing the NPCs etc)?
• If possible, are you able to try loading an earlier save to see if this allows you to proceed with the mystery?
• Would you be able to send us a video that shows the issue in-game, and that the woman doesn't follow Eivor like intended?

We can then pass this information along to the development team for a closer look.

Could you please also provide a screenshot or video of the issue? Depending on the placement you might be blocking other buildings or a free corridor for your ships and that's why the error message appears.

Please be aware to not mix up the performance issues introduced with Game Update 9.3 (those should be fixed now) and the issues that seem to be related to the Nvidia graphics drivers and are around for a little while longer already.

We're internally investigating it and checking with Nvidia but so far do not have any news on the topic. It's most likely not something that can be entirely solved on our end.
