I can confirm that we had a temporary degradation around the time of your contact however this has been resolved since and services are operating as intended.

Hey fyrehawk0581, thanks for reaching out and I am sorry to hear about the problem you're having.

Just to double-check, what is it exactly that you're being asked to link? Also, when you say that there's extra screen that appears - are you possibly referring to Ubisoft Connect overlay? If so, have you tried disabling it?

This issue should be solved with the Game Update from yesterday, but we're still seeing reports.

Could you please:
- Verify your game files

Just wanted to provide you a quick update - we have managed to successfully reproduce the issue and it is set to be fixed with one of the future patches however more details to come at a closer time.

daqoos7ar, I've merged your thread here as it relates to the same issue.

We've been aware of issues with redeeming Ubisoft Connect content since the migration from the Club last October.

However we have received news a fix is aimed to be released in Patch 9.3

Hello again everyone,

I understand rolling back drivers is not a suitable suggestion for everyone. This was simply to determine if this is a driver issue, and if rolling back helps the situation.

Our team are still looking into this for us!

@peenab would it be possible to provide a DxDiag report please? A direct link to the file would work fine, or it can be added to a support case.

Hey everyone! The issue has been reported and is being investigated. 

Could you please make sure that the option is activated in the game's settings? Here are the steps: 

Options -> Gameplay -> Photo mode -> On
