Sorry to hear you're having trouble locating files for Anno 1800, and that your cloud save is not functioning.
To help us troubleshoot this issue, would you be able to let us know if you're launching the game through Steam, or Ubisoft Connect? Despite not being able to locate any of the files, are you still able to play the game by running it from your chosen launcher?

Thank you for posting, sorry to hear you're also having trouble with this visual bug during festivals.
This issue is still under active investigation. We'll make sure the screenshot you've provided us is forwarded on, too. Restarting the game will allow this banner to reappear, however we understand that this is a temporary workaround.

Hello @kaaptaany, thank you for your post. The portraits not unlocking after completing an achievement is an actual bug we are looking into at the moment. We hope to fix this in the future with a future update, I am sorry for any inconvenience caused in the meantime!

Hello everyone, thanks for recently posting about the UI issue you experienced with the Docklands and scrolling down the islands list.
Our team have been investigating this and understand that if you have 12 or more islands, you will witness the island's names become cropped. This issue is still being looked into now for a possible fix in a future update, but our teams will always prioritize major bugs first such as progression blocking bugs over others.

Anno 1800 is only available on the Ubisoft Store and Epic Games, neither of which have a gifting feature. You may be able to give your friend a gift card instead.

The crash issue should be solved since Tuesday with GU 13.2.
