Hi @redarrow751 If you made a purchase and don't immediately see it, they can sometimes take up to 24hrs after the purchase to show on the account. After if you still don't see the coins in-game after restarting you can reach out to our support with your purchase information for them to look into this...

Regarding the issue that you're describing; unfortunately, Apex Legends doesn't support cross-save/cross-sync. This is why the skins that you got on your PS4 aren't unlocked on the PC. Even though both console persona and PC account are connected to one and the same EA account, it's sadly not possible to bring everything with you when you decide to switch platforms.

Since this is a pretty old thread that was inactive for a long time I am going to lock it to prevent further necro-posting. 

 

I'm afraid Apex Legends has no cross-platform progression, so it's not possible to transfer progress between platforms.
