The only way to access those would be if the account ban were lifted. If that's already been appealed and the ban was found to be legitimate however, then I'm afraid so.

Hey @xagzu,

 

We do not use automated replies or bots to investigate or reply to appeals. This would be done by a member of the Terms of Service team.

 

They use templated replies in some cases to make sure the information they're providing is consistent for those in similar situations, but these are reviewed by people. 

 

If you've submitted an additional appeal, a different member of the team will review our records for the situation. As these actions are based on what can be verified with our records and tools, there's not any separate information you'd need to provide that would change the outcome here.

  While you may have changed your Steam email, that wouldn't necessarily update any EA account it was linked to at the time unless you had done that manually as well. Looking at that email, I'm confident in saying that it's the name that's causing issues. I'd change it to something else (and if you play via Steam, I'd change it there too just in case).

Did they give any more context as to what could be causing the issue? Usually in the email they send they give a little more context.

It doesn't seem like a chat issue, it might be that your username is considered inappropriate. "Stoned" does have connotations to drugs, after all.

I'm just guessing here though. We can't help with or look into bans here on the forums. Maybe our terms of service team can provide some more information?
