I get that desire to clap back at someone. However, if you do it in a manner that breaks the rules, chances are good you're going to be actioned for it. As you know, we can't help with bans over Answers HQ. You'll need to submit a dispute if you haven't done that 3 times already. Instructions for this can be found here.

What was it set to before you tried changing it, and which language had you selected to test this?

Please keep in mind that Answers HQ is not used for reporting cheaters, boosting, or teaming, even in English.

 

If you see a suspected cheater, please report them by using the appropriate tools. Other options > EA Help will let you fill out a form.

The other option we have would be to use the steps mentioned in my above post.

 

These steps cover a separate option not in-game or through the EA app and allow you to just fill out a form and link any additional information you may want to add.

Hey @g4tbetter,

 

Sorry for the concern here. Event packs are automatically opened if you leave the screen during the opening animation, so while the animation didn't play out the items were still added to your collection.

 

If you're not seeing the new item notification, you may need to take a look at the event items manually to see which were received here.
