If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute any action against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

Could you please try to check if you have any pending Windows Updates? If you do, please download and update your Windows. Once that's done, I suggest that you repair the game as well.

While I see you've mentioned you're sure this is the right account, it may be worth checking any other accounts or emails you may have used in the past.
This particular account was not even created in 2023, so if you had played prior to this year it would have been with a different account.
