As a test, can you change your connection to use a mobile hotspot? I'd like to see if it works when on a different network than the one you normally use.

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

This is an issue we're currently aware of and investigating, but in the meantime you should be able to temporarily change your console language to English to get back in-game.

This might sound silly, but could you try setting your game's language to English? That seems to fix it for most players while the studio works on a fix on their end.
