Hi there, so we can get this looked into could you confirm whether you believe you are missing the core game Operators or those which were included in the Year 1 Pass.? While the Ultimate edition should give you access to all post launch Operators, you will still need to unlock the Core / Legacy Operators at 1000 Renown each. You can find more details regarding the contents of each game edition here.

Hey,

This sounds rather odd if you are on a different account but the same settings in-game with a different outcome. It may be best resetting your settings and setting them up as the same again. Take an image of all your current settings in-game, then delete your config file (bare in mind this will delete all of your current settings and your situations progress)

Sorry to hear about your connection issues. If you are able to connect through mobile but not your home internet this would mean there is an issue with your home network, to troubleshoot this please try the steps here:

Hey, GJN_mqxi.!

Sorry to hear about your payment issues. Do you have the game on Steam or Uplay. If it is Steam please make sure the Steam Overlay is enabled, you can find how to do this here:

Open the Steam client and navigate to the Steam > Settings/Preferences > In-game tab. ...
Right-click the game in your Library > Select Properties > Under the General tab, check the box next to Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game.
The default shortcut is Shift + Tab.

If it is Uplay, please close any anti-virus or pop up blockers temporarily and test to see if it works.

Sorry you being asked for a key. To correct this situation, I recommend the following troubleshooting steps:

Close the Uplay client completely, ensuring it is not running in the background. You will then navigate to the Ubisoft Game Launcher cache folder, by default located here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache

Open the cache folder and backup the "ownership" folder to a safe location. Once you have backed up that folder, delete the "cache" folder.

After deleting the cache folder, please verify the game files within Epic:

- Open the Epic Games launcher
- Navigate to the game in your Library and click the cog icon.
- Click the Verify button once the drop down menu appears.
- After verification, the launch option appears again.

Hey, Dr.Blastmaster!

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues adjusting your game resolution and setting to full screen. What happens when you hit ALT + ENTER on the keyboard when you're in-game? Does it set the game to full screen properly? Have you tried changing the resolution and refresh rate on borderless/windowed mode to see if that resolves the issue?

If you continue to have trouble with this, try deleting your .ini file for Siege. You can locate this by going to C:\Users\\Documents\My Games\Rainbow Six - Siege\\GameSettings.ini​​ and deleting the file "GameSettings.ini"​​. The game will automatically create another file for you when you launch the game again.
