As this particular issue does not look to be brought up already, for reproduction purposes, would it be possible for you to provide us with the following by any chance:

1. Video footage showing the issue (can upload it to any external video sharing website and send the link over to us to review)
2. Your game's save file, which by default should be located in %userprofile%\Documents\Anno 1800\accounts

Keep us updated and should you have any questions in the meantime, let us know!

xXoneAboveXx: I am so sorry to see that you have seen this issue in your game as well. Just to clarify, are you completely missing some runes? It sounds like some are appearing in your inventory but are unable to be selected when viewing the gear item, is that correct? My sincerest apologies, just want to make sure I understand correctly.

  • If you are completely missing Great Runes, which ones are you missing? Most posts here have been in regards to Health/Life runes, but please let me know if you are missing any others. Also, what gear did you have these runes attached to?
  • If the Great Runes appear in your inventory but are not able to be viewed on your gear, please provide a video from your gameplay that shows this. Just post it to YouTube as unlisted and then post the link here.

Yes, the issue doesn't seem widespread but apparently I'm not the only one.

To whom should I sent my game files ? It has happened in pretty much all my sandbox games so it's not just one corrupted game file but maybe something wrong with the game installation. I don't know. I don't have any DLC yet, just playing with the standard game.

I could try to record footage but there is nothing to see really, just Eli not refreshing the items for 30+ min and then me reloading the game to fix it. If it can help I will look into it.
