Have you or your brother had any answer from our support team? We are currently experiencing a large amount of messages, which might cause delays.

This is something that would have to be investigated through the support website directly, though, as some information is sensible and can't be shared on a public forum for safety issues.

I see you've already opened a case, we are dealing with a large amount of contacts at the moment, so it might take longer to get an answer from us, sorry about this.

Firstly, are you still experiencing that issue? Have you tried verifying the game files? Is the issue still persisting after you launch a game to synchronize the game pass?

I created another thread for your issue. Do you remember if you had a particular error code when you got kicked?

We can't lift temporary sanctions, so if it ever happens to you again we won't be able to lift it, and you'll have to wait for the sanction time to be expired. You can find out more here.

Hiya @JackoMaster18, and greetings to the forums. My apologies for the issues encountered after leaving matchmaking in R6 Siege. Penalties that are issued are handled through the server side by an automated system and cannot be overturned, unfortunately. I am sorry for the annoyance this has been, but to check out what happened before closing the game, could you tell us if you ran into any error messages in-game when canceling matchmaking or when receiving the abandonment penalty?
