As an additional step, you may also need to clear your browser cache in Steam after completing the steps originally posted at the top of this thread.

To do this:
- Navigate to Steam > Settings
- In the Settings Menu find "Web Browser"
- "Delete browser cache" > OK

Alpha Packs are designed to give players free cosmetics for the game, but the rarity of these items is not guaranteed. This meaning that you could receive a few common items consecutively and not be guaranteed to receive an item of another rarity. More details can be found here. So we can get this looked into could you confirm whether this happens every time you attempt to join on this map or if it is linked to a specific game mode or operator.?

Also, if you are able to replicate this could we please ask if you would be able to capture a video clip of how this occurs on game

As I can see this was last updated on 10th March you should be able to request to change this again in the next few weeks.

So we can get this looked into, can you confirm you only experience this crash on this specific map.? Also, does this occur using all operators and in every game mode.?

In regard to your temporary ban I am sorry to say we are unable to remove these. You will need to wait for the ban to be over before being able to play again.

With regards to the error you are getting, we would advise going through these steps, especially the part about port forwarding.

Do you have third party accounts linked to your Ubisoft account?
If so, can you log in to our account management page and unlink all except the xbox account.

After doiung this, can you please let us know if you still get this error.
